This is a vibration meter used primarily for the maintenance management and inspection of industrial machinery centered around rotating machines, as well as for performance testing during the development stages of various machines. It measures acceleration (ACC), velocity (VEL), and displacement (DISP) within an appropriate frequency range, allowing for easy evaluation of the machine's vibration condition. The setting keys that are not used regularly are concealed with a slide cover, and the operation of the main unit can be done with one hand (with the HOLD, STORE, and POWER switches located on the side). The backup function allows measurements to start with the previously set conditions upon power-on. By changing the pickup, it is possible to measure both minute levels and high accelerations. It features an energy-saving design that allows for continuous measurement for 30 hours when using alkaline batteries. The compact design weighs only 320g, including the batteries.
